Since 2012, the Tessa Pattern Travel Journal has served as a portable research archive, designed to fit inside the pockets of aprons, jumpers, and wrap skirts. As another pleated structure within the project, it echoes the folding screen, the body’s pleats, and the garments worn by performers as it accumulates material over time.
